You didn't accept my bank statement.
Why?

We won’t be able to accept the statement if it doesn’t comply with requirements. For example:

• if the statement was issued earlier than 6 months ago;
• the statement doesn’t contain your full name;
• the statement doesn’t contain your full address.

If your bank doesn’t issue such statements online, you should visit the nearest branch to get one.
